1. Booking & Deposits
• A deposit is required to secure your booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable, but they can be used towards rescheduling your event if necessary.
• Full payment must be made before the event date.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least [insert preferred notice period, e.g., 7 days] notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
• Cancellations without rescheduling will result in the loss of the deposit.
3. Hire Items & Returns
• All rented items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
• Any damages, loss, or late returns may result in additional charges.
4. Custom Orders
• All custom wooden or vinyl signs are made to order and non-refundable.
• Please review and approve designs before production, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
5. Event Setup & Collection
• We will arrange delivery, setup, and collection of decor as per the agreed terms.
• Any last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
• Divine Events Cork is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of our decor items.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all decor is used safely and appropriately.
7. Photography & Marketing
• We may take photos of our setups for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your event to be featured, please inform us in advance.
